Michael is acutely attuned to the sensitivities that must be adopted when dealing with all claims particularly those involving minors and strives to explore early ADR (alternative dispute resolution) at the first reasonable opportunity so as to minimise any risk of re-traumatising our clients (this is particularly useful when dealing with minors (children and young people) as it minimises the risk of placing clients in positions where they face potential renewed trauma (e.g giving witness testimony).  SLD adopts an open, pragmatic and compassionate approach to our matters – SLD is keen to achieve the best outcome consistent with our client’s needs and wants whilst preserving their dignity at all times.
